猴子，猪，大鼠及小鼠与人Nrp-1同源性超过90%，本试剂并未对非人属种样本做验证，但是大鼠及小鼠的加标回收率以及线性数据表现合格。 |
背景知识

Nrp-1 为跨膜糖蛋白，在各种细胞与组织中均有表达，如神经元细胞，内皮细胞，血管平滑机细胞，心机，多种瘤细胞株，成骨细胞，初始T细胞或血小板。

Nrp-1在神经系统中与其配体 semaphorins (信号素）结合而在轴突中起作用， Nrp-1， Nrp-2为 Sema受体并且仅与III型Sema结合。

神经纤毛蛋白-1(neuropilin-1,NRP-1)为一种多功能信号传导跨膜蛋白,其参与转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)等信号通路的信号传导[1-3],在生长发育、免疫、肿瘤方面起着重要的作用。

近年来关于NRP-1的研究已从最初的神经系统发育扩展到血管形成、肿瘤发生与发展、造血系统疾病、免疫系统功能等多个领域。
